Notable Features

The space includes a main floor/stage area, a wrap-around balcony with wrought iron railing for unique viewing, and two gorgeous staircases, perfect for any grand entrance. Upstairs also includes a kitchen and lounge. Downstairs, you’ll find a full bar, and outside, our open air courtyard gives your event some extra breathing room.

Our unique venue includes many notable features, including the historic building itself, built in 1953, with its original exposed brick and concrete walls. The walls are adorned with rotating, original artwork by local artists on display and for rent.

Event-Ready Infrastructure

The venue includes a sprung hardwood dance floor and professional-grade theatrical lighting and sound systems.

Guest Convenience

Fantastic location in Plaza Midwood, close to 277 and Uptown with nearby restaurants. Three large bathrooms and ample parking.

Full kitchen equipped for catering needs and full bar facilities (wine and beer only).

  • (10) Five-foot round banquet tables (linens available upon request with cleaning fee)

  • (2) Five-foot rectangle vendor tables 

  • Head table that is adjustable to bar, counter, or dinner height (Seats 10)

  • (100) Black folding banquet chairs

  • (10) Small cocktail tables with linens and (5) Tall cocktail tables (linens available upon request with cleaning fee)

  • (24) counter-height bar stools and (8) bar-height bar stools

  • Use of our standard sound system and wireless microphones

Optional Upgrades

  • Use of fully functioning kitchen ($100 fee)

  • Baby grand piano ($50 fee) 
    *Optional professional tuning before event - See manager

  • Bartender ($150 fee)
    *Please note: A Bartender is a required upgrade with events over 50 people
